Solo Exhibition „An Egyptian Story. Paintings by Alaa Awad“
The special exhibition “An Egyptian Story. Paintings by Alaa Awad“ shows selected works of art by the contemporary painter Alaa Awad, who became known as a street artist for his large-format murals in Cairo in 2012. The exhibition takes up his most important creative phases: in addition to impressive oil paintings and drawings, for which Alaa Awad finds inspiration in ancient and contemporary Egypt, the artist will create a new mural live in the exhibition as a special highlight.
